Rebuilding begins with sandblasting to help our staff identify any failures or fatigued areas. These are then restored or replaced. Worn bucket lips and grapple teeth are replaced with abrasion resistant steel.
All pins and bushings are inspected for wear and if needed replaced with Mack top quality components designed for long service. Sheaves are inspected for wear and bearing condition. Rope grooves are re-worked and bearings replaced
Hydraulic systems are completely disassembled and cleaned. Defective pumps and valves are replaced with top quality components. Cylinders are rebuilt to our exacting specifications.
Finally, your unit is assembled, tested, and painted. The finished product is renewed and ready for long service.
