The 21T came about following extensive research by Spear and Jackson with professional tradesmen and DIY enthusiasts, who claimed that one of the biggest concerns as a user was estimating the correct tension of the blade for each specific task. In addition, those questioned also admitted that they sometimes forgot to revise the tension when moving on to another task. Hence the development of 21T, a Hack Saw that does the thinking for you.
